Last updated 24 June 2026
These terms are maintained by Flyte Security Ltd ("Flyte", "we", "us") and govern your use of flytesecurity.com and any related content we make available (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
Who we are
Flyte Security Ltd is a UK-based company building security operations tooling. You can reach us at hello@flytesecurity.com.
Using the Site
You may use the Site for lawful, personal, and internal business purposes. You agree not to interfere with the Site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, probe for vulnerabilities outside a responsible disclosure context, scrape at a rate that degrades service, or use the Site to send unsolicited communications.
Content and intellectual property
The Site, including text, graphics, the Flyte name and logo, illustrations and code, is owned by Flyte or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may quote short extracts for commentary or reference with attribution. You may not copy, republish, or repurpose substantial parts of the Site without our written permission.
Early access and previews
Anything described on the Site as a preview, roadmap item, or early-access capability is provided as a forward-looking description and may change. Nothing on the Site forms a binding commitment to deliver a specific feature on a specific date.
No professional advice
Content on the Site is for general information about Flyte and security operations practice. It is not legal, regulatory, or security consulting advice for your specific environment. Validate anything you adopt against your own context and requirements.
Third-party links and logos
The Site references third-party products, vendors, and logos for identification only. These references do not imply endorsement, partnership, or certification by those parties unless we state so explicitly.
Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flyte disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flyte will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (for example, for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence).
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory local consumer law gives you a different right.
