This page is maintained by Flyte Security Ltd ("Flyte", "we", "us") to explain how we handle information collected through flytesecurity.com and any direct correspondence with us. We keep things deliberately short — if anything here is unclear, email hello@flytesecurity.com and we'll answer plainly.
Who we are
Flyte Security is the controller of the personal data described in this policy. We're a UK-based company building security operations tooling. You can reach us at hello@flytesecurity.com.
What we collect
- Contact details you send us — name, email address, company, and the contents of your message — when you email us or click "Take Flyte".
- Basic site analytics — pages viewed, referrer, approximate region, device and browser type — collected to understand how the site is used.
- Cookies strictly necessary for the site to function. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
How we use it
We use the information above to reply to enquiries, evaluate fit for early-access discussions, improve the site, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where it lives
Email correspondence is processed by our email provider. Site hosting and analytics are provided by reputable EU/UK/US infrastructure partners under appropriate data-transfer safeguards. We can share the current list of subprocessors on request.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to maintain a conversation with you and for a reasonable period afterwards for record-keeping. Analytics data is retained in aggregate. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
If you're in the UK, EU, or another jurisdiction with similar rights, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Email hello@flytesecurity.com and we'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority (in the UK, that's the ICO).
Security
We apply industry-standard administrative and technical controls to protect personal data in our care, including encryption in transit, least-privilege access, and audit logging. No system is perfect — if you believe you've found a security issue, please report it to hello@flytesecurity.com.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above; we'll surface significant changes more prominently.
